Apply to Become a DVVC Member Organization (scroll down for the application form)
Please Note: DVVC members are organizations. Individual veterans or community supporters wishing to stay apprised of DVVC activities should complete the Contact Us form to join our mailing list.
Organizations should identify one person to serve as the primary representative; that person should complete and submit this form. Other representatives can be added after membership approval. Your application for membership will be reviewed and you will hear from us shortly.
For your reference, your organization will be approved as a member organization, supporter organization, or attendee. If you are applying as an individual not associated with an organization, you may only be approved as an attendee.
Membership Levels
Attendee
Any organization or individual that has or wishes to have a positive impact on the veteran or military community and/or their families that does not fall into (or does not desire to be a part of) the Member or Supporter category. Attendees do not have voting rights.
Supporter Organization (SO)
A for-profit or other organization that, proactively or reactively, demonstrates a positive impact on the veteran or military community and/or their families. Supporters do not have voting rights.
Member Organization (MO)
A 501(c)(3) or other nonprofit and/or government entity that demonstrates a positive impact on the veteran or military community and/or their families. Members have voting rights.
